Produce-First, AlwaysAt Clarence, seasonality, quality, and creativity drive everything. The team works closely with local producers—like Matt from Neighbourhood Farm for exceptional vegetables and Tommerup’s Dairy, whose cream is churned into cultured butter for the house-made Parker House rolls, and whose milk-fed rare-breed pigs feature on the menu. This ingredient-led approach shapes a menu of vibrant, shareable plates and inventive takes on timeless techniques—each dish a celebration of Queensland’s finest produce.




A Wine List with PersonalityThe 100% Australian wine list is curated by Zoe Mahoney, who previously worked alongside Ben and Matt at London’s acclaimed Two Lights. Zoe champions small-batch, organic, and biodynamic producers. The list is crafted for discovery—and, above all, enjoyment—featuring wines you’ll want to pour, share, and return to.
